At the Sabio Group we are looking for an exceptionally driven and enthusiastic Associate Solution Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with our customers and visualise the clients’ requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between clients’ requirements and system application and product functionalities, and defining solutions to bridge the gap. Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Building and integrating solutions to meet the agreed deliverables.
- Creation of technical design documentation
- Work with the architecture team to ensure solutions are aligned with agreed architecture principles, whilst evangelising to the rest of the technical teams.
- Work with the Technical Teams to agree deliverables and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Lead and deliver demonstrations on key use cases
- Providing supervision and guidance to development and consultant teams.
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
- Work to automate all repetitive tasks
- Resolving technical problems as they arise.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Experience in Genesys Engage / Genesys MultiCloud
- Experience in delivering large scale Voice and Digital CX Solutions
- Overarching contact centre experience working with call recording, WFM platforms, CRM integrations
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and technologies including Ansible, Terraform, DSC, GIT
- Experience in microservices architecture (ideally Service Mesh)
- Working knowledge of modern programming languages for example c#, Java, JavaScript, Go, PowerShell
- Working knowledge of data storage technologies and languages for example, SQL, Redis, NoSQL
- Working knowledge of other infrastructure disciplines for example Networking, Virtualisation, Cloud, Windows, Linux, PKI
- Working knowledge of security processes for example Encryption, Authentication, Access, Certificates, Secrets
Desirable
- Working knowledge of capabilities of leading other platform providers such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, NICE, inContact, Verint
- Integration with BOTs and use of AI for interaction automation
- Comfortable with Agile methodology and running MVP’s
- Really good grasp of secure by design principles

- Proven experience on working on multiple projects across multiple disciplines

- Ability to translate technical details and diagrams easily to non-technical teams.
