Chatbot Analyst

We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chatbot Analyst to join our User Experience team.

You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and capture user and business needs
  • Define and agree use cases and user journeys
  • Communicate and agree design principles and high level designs
  • Build, extend and test text and voice chatbots
  • Advice and work with developer teams on complex im-plementation
  • Manage issues throughout an agile build process 
  • Analyse performance, test, learn and iterate chatbot models
  • Analyse end user feedback (e.g. CSAT)
  • Review / Present service performance 
  • Always seek to identify more innovative ways of work-ing that create increase effectiveness
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of in-house and partner members

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills in devising and implementing solutions to business problems 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and versed in the art of explaining designs and ideas clearly and in detail
  • Hands-on and practical with a desire to learn 
  • Experience of acting under own initiative 
  • Articulate and empathetic in all types of communication, able to handle bad news and to rectify complex situations
  • Experience in <target industry, e.g. insurance industry>
  • Passion for Customer Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience (e.g. Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, AI, NLP, etc.)
  • Strong Presentation Skills 
  • Experience with AI and Natural Language Processing technologies such as Google DialogFlow
  • Prompt scripting and persona design 
  • Experience or understanding of deploying software solutions within large organisations 
  • Strong attention to detail
