The purpose of this role is to generate new business sales in organisations with a significant contact centre, automation (including Self Service) and CRM investment. Sabio Commercial Managers have access to solution propositions across a broad range of digitally disruptive and traditional contact centre technologies that from part of the Sabio portfolio, alongside a selection of Sabio’s own IP applications. Key to success in this role will be developing broad and deep relationships with key account stakeholders and understanding business drivers in order to position and promote Sabio solutions to meet these requirements Alongside the extensive portfolio of solutions available, Sabio has a large presales & consultancy team that assist the sales organisation with developing business cases to justify investment based on technical or business needs. Experience of solution/insight selling based on ROI or improvements in customer service is key to success in the role.
This is a remote role with travel to our London office/Client meetings throughout UK.

This role is a senior sales position, responsible for the acquisition of Enterprise Target Account customers for Sabio, by building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective customers, producing and driving the delivery of propositions for enhanced support solutions and services offered to the client over varying lengths of sales cycles. Client interface is generally at the higher or executive management level with technical or operational contacts.
This level requires an individual who demonstrates full competence in a clearly defined product area. The success applicant will be involved in building the annual plan in line with Sabio’s strategy and will complete their role with minimal supervision/guidance.

- Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a pipeline across Sabio’s products and services that represent opportunities at different stages of maturity, ie; early opportunities, those at proposal stage and those that are at closure. Spending enough time developing these 3 areas are key to ensuring consistent quarterly performance.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Must have experience in selling Cloud and Contact Centre solutions
- Experience in selling Automation and Transformation Progammes of work
- Proven background in solution selling into contact centres
- Proven, demonstrable over-performance in a new business sales role
- Solid experience in proposal writing/presentation generation
- Proven track record in personal opportunity development & maintaining a network of lead sources Excellent spoken and excellent written English: able to explain issues clearly and in detail to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to senior people Strong interpersonal skills in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with cross functional teams. With a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Comfortable to present and sell to a C Level Audience
- Strong team player, able to influence and lead a successful strategy within a matrix organisation.
- An energetic approach & a can-do positive attitude
