To help assist the Design and Pricing Specialist to manage the supplier quotes for all Sabio annuity contracts and additions, to ensure that the company only incurs liabilities that are necessary, authorised and incurred at the right time for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annuity renewal cost process to meet the target of 90 days in advance quoting to customers; including supplier notification and obtaining of appropriate costs to ensure place ment of purchase order in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with Sales Order Processing and supports an annuity renewal process for con-tracts which are end of life including a summary of all costs and proposed renewal summary to the commercial teams across the business. 
• Assists Commercial and Pre-sales in the quoting and/or collation of 3rd party costs for new opportunities
• Obtaining, preparation and collation of quotes for the new & renewal costs from a variety of Vendors 
• Audit and Review of customer install base to ensure accurate and maintained supported client environment.
• Review cost of sale handover quotes to determine best quality cost placement based on de-sign and budget sold to customers.

• Tracks and maintains all special pricing requests within the business

• Supports the Purchasing Manager to ensure costs are controlled and budgeted in line with company policy and procedures, whilst ensuring correct documentation is completed to avoid any potential dispute with suppliers in addition to minimising internal queries.
• Drives documentation compliance throughout the purchase order processing and annuity process cycles in line with company policy, process, and procedures. 
• Negotiate price reductions with vendors where an unacceptable increase has been positioned and monitor financial performance of cost reduction.
• Respond and resolve any supplier queries that arise from daily operations.
• Maintains good supplier relationships to ascertain supplier processes, negotiate credit terms and limits where possible to ensure company processes and standards are adhered to.
• Participate in strategic projects to improve processes and solutions required for efficient management of the quoting function
• Updates and maintains Salesforce specifically relating to Bill of Materials and 3rd party processes; and ensures references across all company systems are correctly coded to ensure costs and linked back to the customer sale where appropriate.
• Drive the co-termination of support to assist the renewal process for end of term renewals.
• Communicate effectively when managing the quoting processes and Improve departmental query resolution procedures when necessary.
• Respond to vendor, Sabio Support and Commercial team queries’ regarding the status of support contracts, ensuring that Sabio customer satisfaction is maintained through complete support coverage of estate. 
• Support to both internal and external customers and ensure that all receive a timely service whilst ensuring that all order transactions meet the overriding needs of the business. 
• Active involvement in the Group Order Management team as a whole.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Skills, experience & knowledge:  

• Previous experience in managing contract renewals and/or quoting
• Experience of dealing with both customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Force and Excel software systems preferable 
• Performance driven and able to deliver key outputs working under pressure as required.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Good people management skills with demonstrated interpersonal and negotiating skills. 
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to deal with people at all levels
• Analytical and numerate
• Enthusiastic, robust personality
• Ability to interact well with a wide group of people.
• Ability to deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and report on
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Highly organised, able to prioritise own work load
• Enjoys working as part of a team and collaboration
• Self – motivated 
• Ideally interest and knowledge of IT industry, in particular Telephony, Networks or Software

Desirable skills, experience & knowledge: 

• Experienced in Renewals and/or Quoting
• Experience of Salesforce and Financial Force Systems
