Expenses and Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are looking for an Expenses and Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.

The main purpose of the role is to be the key point of contact for all employee expenses matters, including, but not limited to supporting the business, systems testing, analysis and insight, reconciliations and ensuring compliance with corporate policy and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 • Accurately check and process all Company Employee expense claims
 • Ensure expense claims are approved in accordance with the approval hierarchy
 • Responsible for the maintenance of the Company expenses system 
• Provide training for new starters on the Company expense system 
• Responsible for setting up new vendors and
 • Assist with cash forecasting on AP/expenses outlays
 • General AP support – posting invoices, assisting with payment runs etc. 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

 The candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable in liaising with all levels both in and outside of finance. Attention to detail, deadline-focussed, good organisational skills and a flexible attitude in prioritising work tasks and ad hoc requirements are essential. An intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Ability to summarise lots of data; provide insight/articulate trends/issues Ideally have experience in a multi currency and multi company environment.
