We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Finance individual with a drive to improve and modernise all processes and reporting.

The candidate should have in-depth previous FP&A experience and be keen to progress and develop their career. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Financial Planning
  • Develop strong relationships with group functional leaders and country managers with the ability to build credibility and influence decision making.
  • Work with functional and country heads to deliver the Annual Budget, Monthly and Quarterly Forecast within the agreed timeframe (Bookings, Revenue, Opex).
  • Partner with senior leads within newly acquired entities including MakePositive to produce annual budgets, monthly forecasts, reporting and analysis.
  • Personnel Data (Cost/FTE), reviewing and challenging personnel costs / hiring profiles with functional heads.
Reporting, Analysis & Insight
  • Build insightful reports and investigate \ highlight performance trends, variances, risk and opportunities; accompanied by meaningful commentaries
  • Introduce the measurement of KPI’s and respective targets across the business to assess and benchmark performance.
  • Monthly Business Review - create and produce a standardised set of KPI based reports/dashboards with commentaries for monthly business reviews with functional and country heads.
  • Strive to identify opportunities to automate reports and processes.
  • Support the business with M&A activities and with Group Audit & Stats. 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Qualified CIMA/ACCA or similar, with minimum 2 to 3 years PQE, preferably in a technology environment
  • Experience business partnering with exec members and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to drive performance through others and support colleagues in pursuit of the team goal while ensuring focus on deliverables
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Solid budgeting and forecasting experience. 
  • Some knowledge of statutory standards including IFRS. 
  • Proactive, can do attitude with a focus on adding value, continuous improvement, challenging the status quo.
 Systems experience 
  • Excellent excel and data manipulation skills.
  •  Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar reporting packages. Salesforce, Power BI would be advantageous.
