Junior Implementation Specialist

We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services implementation team. 
We look for people who are keen to develop new knowledge and skills, because our growth is ultimately dependent on yours! You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is growing every day. 
The candidate will be integrated in a high skilled team that deploys and maintains Contact Centre solutions across our customers base, covering all aspects on contact centre functions. We will train you in the leading Contact Center Industry vendors (Avaya, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, and more) so you can develop your career with us.
Many of the deliverables in this role will be conducted remotely however occasional visits to client site locations throughout the UK, EMEA and APAC will be needed, therefore the role is global in nature hence mobility and flexibility being important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake implementation and configuration of different solutions to functional and technical design specifications
  • Undertake Administration tasks over to Customer requirements to ensure they are getting the most from their platform.
  • Support design workshops and help document solutions
  • Play a support role in customer go lives
  • Enhance teamwork through knowledge sharing, technical process improvement and problem solving.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Educated to a degree level 
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals
  • Teamwork and Customer care oriented. Constantly researching for innovate solutions for our client’s problems. 
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre operations
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Networking  
  • Software and solution troubleshooting experience
  • Awareness of Contact Centre industry trends, both operational and technical
