Junior Reporting Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and technically capable individual to join a growing operational team as a Junior Reporting Administrator with a primary focus around supporting and delivering business reporting requirements.

Our systems are used by a significant proportion of our Sabio business and client base and as such we need to support and develop excellent in-tool reporting and dashboard capabilities to maximise effectiveness and to help support daily business operations.  Additionally, we have PowerBI a data visualisation tool that is used across our business to deliver functional information for our business and senior management. 

This role will report into the Head of Client Management Systems where you will provide day-to-day operational support focussed on reporting requests and issues, data quality improvement activities and will perform system administration duties on our market leading client management systems.

You will build internal relationships with colleagues from the Managed Service and Professional Services business functions to understand their requirements and work to objectives that focus around enabling our users and automating activities wherever possible.  

You will elevate your career, skills, and capabilities through a combination of self-learning, working closely with the MI Analyst and other administrators, vendor training and certification to ensure you succeed in becoming an accomplished systems administrator who will drive and deliver significant value to our rapidly growing business and client base.  

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Reporting Incidents across our operational client management systems namely ServiceNow, Salesforce and FinancialForce (but not limited to them)
• Provide a quality support service completing reporting requests in a timely manner
• Complete regular data quality audits across the systems, sharing output with key stakeholders and ensuring follow up actions are taken to address.
• Contribute to knowledgebases to help colleagues, customers and internal users self-serve
• Progress complex requests by analysing requirements, submitting them for review and producing simplified specifications that can be turned into stories for senior administrators and developers to progress
• Develop training material and deliver training in a confident knowledgeable manner
• Manage customer communications in a timely and professional manner
• Support small projects and larger scale changes to ensure seamless reporting service.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience working in an IT Support related role
• Must have very strong MS Excel skills (Lookups, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query etc) 
• Experience using business systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or FinancialForce. 
• Basic SQL skills would be advantageous
• Hands-on experience using and developing Power BI or Tableau reports would be highly desirable
• You should be an excellent communicator with strong relationship/stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and skills quickly
• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will have to manage multiple streams of workload 
• Attention to detail and consistency is important to you
