Presales Solutions Architect

We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Solutions Architect to join our Pre-Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

To grow revenue within the existing Sabio client base whilst onboarding strategically important prospects into the market. This will be achieved by: 
  • Supporting Sabio’s customers move to Cloud-centric services, further enabling Customer Experience transformation in order to drive business value. 
  • Taking overall accountability for pre-sales commitments for their associated vertical and primary point of contact for senior client interactions including issues, feedback, suggestions and escalations within their market
  • Building effective service improvement strategies to improve client satisfaction metrics
  • Defining and delivering our Client’s CX roadmap
  • Identifying opportunities to onboard new technology partners, along with our own IPR solutions
  • Demonstrating strong technical and operational understanding of key accounts
  • Serving as a primary source of Solution and Service design, consultancy and pricing
  • Working in collaboration with the relevant vertical Head of Market team to assist in the strategic identification, growth and delivery of opportunities with their aligned vertical, along with supporting the development of proposals and presentation to existing and prospective clients
  • A close working relationship with the Client Success team to drive the implementation of identified CX initiatives, as well as assisting in shaping the future strategic direction of  the Vertical market

This role is also responsible for leading a small team of Solution Architects aligned to the vertical market and will include:
  • People management with a specific focus on managing performance, development and coaching
  • Providing a flexible and dynamic pre-sales pool of resource as required by the business
  • Liaising with the Head of Pre-Sales in terms of day to day performance and escalations
  • Acting as deputy to the Head of Pre-Sales for the wider Pre-Sales team as necessary

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience of leading key accounts with an ARR value c. £0.5m -£2m
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced Pre-Sales environment for 2+ years
  • In depth understanding of the Customer Service, Digital and Cloud technologies marketspace in which Sabio operates (products services, businesses, clients needs and challenges)
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge of contact centre applications and platforms 
  • Track record of owning solution design process whilst balancing time to ensure wider team perform and deliver against their own personal and professional objectives
  • Ability to effectively building rapport with both internal and external contacts and consistently making a positive impact.
  • Experience of presenting to clients to explain concepts and options. Able to adapt style and engage the audience.
  • Evidence of identifying client needs, developing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through high quality service.
  • Proven innovative and creative approach to problem solving demonstrating tangible outcomes in respect to devising and implementing solutions to complex business problems.
  • Excellent spoken and excellent written English: able to explain issues clearly and in detail to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Widely known and highly regarded in the industry
  • An energetic approach & a can-do positive attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced Pre-Sales environment
