Project Co-Ordinator

As a Project Coordinator within Sabio you will coordinate projects through their entire project lifecycle, from gaining a thorough understanding of the solution through to successful project planning, deployment, business/service acceptance and project completion, all to time, cost and quality frameworks. You will be expected to manage multiple projects across a range of different technology applications and platforms.

The role requires strong communication and customer relationship skills. As an organisation which continually seeks to improve, you will be expected to contribute to the development of Sabio project delivery processes such that the business can be responsive to changing customer and business needs.

This role provides the opportunity to gain experience of IT projects which could form a “stepping stone” to a role as a Junior Project Manager at some point in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of Sabio and its key partners.
  • To ensure your projects are delivered within the pre-defined delivery processes whilst meeting cost / profitability, quality and timescale targets.
  • Manage and maintain required project governance (including regular progress reporting, project documentation, milestone sign-offs etc.) which meets auditory requirements.
  • Ensure good client relations and ensure that your customer is kept fully up to date with progress on all projects including the delivery schedules, risks, issues and mitigating action plans.
  • Manage and ensure smooth transition into Support for project handovers.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Good co-ordination / organisation skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills: able to explain issues clearly and in detail
  • Good Dutch, English language skills. German preferrable
  • Good documentation management.
  • Self-motivated and able to act under own initiative to ensure projects stay on-track.
  • Able to prioritisation tasks.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of contact centre and telephony products would be advantageous.
