Sabio CX Academy

Sabio CX Academy is a global initiative, leveraging all of SABIO's expertise to train our next generation of Customer Experience (CX) specialists, empowering them to deliver solutions and services that seamlessly combine end-to-end digital and human interactions, cloud migration, cutting-edge CX technologies, and continuous service improvement and digital transformation.

The programme has two sites - Madrid and Glasgow - focused on training two groups of professionals in an ecosystem designed to bridge the skills gap between university education and the needs of our business. A practical programme through bootcamps, combining: training, mentoring, and learning through real cases.

Requirements

  • Strong language skills in English or  Spanish.
  • A third language such as French or German would be an asset.
  • Excellent team working skills and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Analytical and conceptual reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be goal oriented.
  • Interested in training in Contact Center and associated technologies such as AWS Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, Google, Nuance, or Verint.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of the Scientific and Technological fundamentals of Computer and Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Skills in the use of information and communication technologies.
  • Skills in the development of algorithms and software for solving engineering problems.
  • Skills in the use of statistics and probability to analyse and interpret the results of experimental and observational processes related to engineering.
Competencies 
  • Responsibility for individual and team tasks, ability to work independently and to seek solutions to challenges.
  • Partnership in supporting colleagues and superiors, not only in specific tasks but in general, contributing to a climate of trust and a relaxed but demanding environment.
  • Analytical ability to make decisions based on the most objective criteria possible and in the search for all the relevant elements of a problem. 
  • Eager to grow/learn, curious, with a vocation for expertise. 
  • Communication; Ability to express complex ideas and processes with ease and in the use of specialised jargon of their function in a way that facilitates the work rather than making it more complex.
