By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Personal data submitted by you to enter into the competition will be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with these terms and conditions, and will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy

This is a free to enter competition. You are not required to purchase anything.

The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 05.04.2021.

There are two prizes, which are: (a) an iPad 10.2”, 32GB in space grey; and (b) a Homepod mini in white. There will be one winner of each prize. If either prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The prizes are as described above and are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a winner is unable to claim or use it for any reason.

The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over. The prizes are not available to any of our staff (or members of their immediate families), or of any of our subsidiaries, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The winners of the prizes will be chosen at random as soon as reasonably practicable after the closing date for entries and will be notified by email. If we do not get a response from the winner within one week of our notification, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another participant.

Our decision regarding the outcome of the competition is final.

We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out in clause 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us at [email protected] In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this, you will be notified by email or through Twitter.

This competition is exclusively entered into online. As such we cannot guarantee that the website used to host the registration and entry to the competition will remain online 100% of the time and we accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach us, or which are submitted once the competition has been closed. Entries will only be eligible if the requirements in clause 3 above are met.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition.

We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions and any claim arising out of or in connection with them are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
