HomeServe won the prize in Verint’s ‘Improving Processes’ category, following on from the success of its major Speech Analytics deployment. While Leeds City Council – a long-term user of Verint’s technology – overcame competition from across Europe and the Middle East to secure the important ‘Optimising the Workforce’ award. Congratulations are also due to Sabio customers LV= and Sage for their nominations in the Improving Processes and Employee Engagement categories.

This year’s success builds on our customers’ strong performance at last year’s Verint Engage Awards, where BGL Group, HomeServe, LV= and Prudential all won prizes. All these projects illustrate how real workforce optimisation success comes from the sustained and cumulative deployment of powerful Customer Engagement Analytics solutions such as Verint’s workforce management, recording, quality monitoring, feedback and speech analytics offerings.
