Customer contact technology specialist secures Gamma Platinum Partner accreditation

Gamma, the rapidly growing technology-based provider of communications services to the UK business market, has accredited customer contact technology specialist Sabio with Platinum Partner status.

The announcement reflects Sabio’s continued success in bringing Gamma’s portfolio of SIP Trunking and Inbound number solutions to the contact centre market, as well as the company’s commitment to broadening its Network Services portfolio.

Gamma Platinum Partner status is achieved when partners such as Sabio meet Gamma’s most demanding service delivery requirements. Having worked closely with Gamma for the last four years, Sabio has grown its Network Services operation, strengthening its technical, support and training expertise, and helping to significantly reduce network services complexity for customers. As a Platinum Partner Sabio will continue to work closely with Gamma to grow its network services proposition for customers.
