Sabio customers set the standard at Verint Engage EMEA 2017


Sabio’s customers continued to set the standard at this week’s Verint Engage EMEA 2017 Annual Customer Awards, winning two out of the six available EMEA categories.

HomeServe won the prize in Verint’s ‘Improving Processes’ category, following on from the success of its major Speech Analytics deployment. While Leeds City Council – a long-term user of Verint’s technology – overcame competition from across Europe and the Middle East to secure the important ‘Optimising the Workforce’ award. Congratulations are also due to Sabio customers LV= and Sage for their nominations in the Improving Processes and Employee Engagement categories.
