Celebrating best practice at the UK National Contact Centre awards


Sabio is proud to be the main sponsor of this year’s CCMA (Call Centre Management Association) UK National Contact Centre awards – the UK’s longest-established awards programme that’s recognised across our industry for its comprehensive judging programme.

We were delighted to attend the awards event in London yesterday, where Steven Fricker, our Head of Acquisition opened the evening before handing over to the CCMA’s Chief Executive Ann-Marie Stagg and Boyzone’s Keith Duffy to present the awards. Steve also presented Ageas with its Operational Excellence team award – one of seven key Organisation Awards presented on the evening along with Severn Trent, Team Knowhow, British Telecom, emovis, Barclaycard and Aegon.

Sabio would like to congratulate the 26 Individual, team and organisation winners at this year’s awards ceremony, as well as all the nominees who made the 2019 event so successful. We’re proud to recognise their achievement, as well as their ongoing commitment to delivering a brilliant customer experience.
