We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Workforce Optimization Consultant to join our Madrid team.
The role involves the deployment of workforce optimisation applications for Contact Centres (recording, speech analytics, workforce management); as well as the integration of solutions in the client's technological environment. The Workforce Optimization Consultant will also be responsible for the Implementation of test plans and technical training; as well as the development of project documentation: both technical and functional.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out the technical implementation of the different projects, integrating the solution into the client's environment according to the specifications.
- Documentation of the projects. Carrying out project test plans.
- Occasional support tasks.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Proven track record of delivering complex contact centre solutions
- General technical knowledge: servers (Windows Server), virtualisation, networking, databases.
- Autonomy and ability to work and learn without supervision
- Strong spoken and written English: ability to explain complex issues clearly and in detail
Beneficial
- Knowledge of contact centre environments.
- Knowledge of telephony (CTI, SIP).
- Experience with the Verint suite.
