Securitas Direct by Verisure has achieved prestigious recognition at the annual Verint Inspire Awards, securing the ‘Silver Winner’ in the 'CX Automation Champion' category. 

The accolade celebrates the company's deployment and success using Verint Speech Analytics technology, implemented in partnership with digital customer experience (CX) specialists Sabio Group. 

The award, presented at a ceremony in London, acknowledges Securitas Direct's exceptional achievements in leveraging automation to enhance CX while delivering significant operational improvements.  

The security solutions leader was also shortlisted in the 'Innovating with AI & Analytics' category, demonstrating the strength of their Speech Analytics deployment. 

The success of Sabio's expertise in implementing transformative CX solutions was further highlighted at the ceremony, with another key customer, Flutter Entertainment, being shortlisted in the 'Best Augmented Workforce' category.

The implementation of Verint Speech Analytics, supported by Sabio's specialist team, has delivered remarkable results for Securitas Direct. The company now successfully audits 80% of calls with real-time results, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction scores of 9.1. Additional operational improvements include a 50% reduction in calls and transfers, a 15% decrease in wait times, and a 15% increase in sales planning effectiveness. 

The Verint Inspire Awards celebrated outstanding achievements in customer and employee experience across the EMEA region, with fierce competition across multiple categories. The awards ceremony brought together industry leaders and innovators, showcasing the best implementations of CX technology and strategy.
