Missed out on the most anticipated virtual event of the summer? Fear not, we’ve got you covered…
Well, just a few weeks on from the completion of Sabio’s very own streaming series, CXNow – the summer’s most anticipated virtual event I’m sure you’ll agree – we felt it was time to reflect on what was an outstandingly successful few weeks on all things CX...
Spread over three weeks and delivered across a trio of streams – DigitalNow, HumanNow and TransformNow – CXNow hosted a various industry experts to bring you intriguing customer stories, interesting insights and satisfying best-practice hints and tips from some of the world’s major brands, analysts and tech specialists.
In a similar fashion to last year’s Disrupt[ed] conference, which was switched from a 450-attendee physical event to a virtual one with just ten days’ notice, CXNow was an entirely virtual experience for delegates with the threat of Covid-19 still hanging high over the global agenda.
However, with a little more planning time at our disposal for this year’s event, we launched into content creation overdrive to bring you a three-week bonanza of over 35 sessions.
Among the highlights included some insights from our very own CEO, Jonathan Gale, who spoke at length about the realities of delivering effective customer experience strategies in a turbulent world. During his session, Jonathan explored how the cloud is enabling the creation of new disruptive technologies and rapid innovation for all.
There were also some key presentations from some of Sabio’s closest partners. Simon Harrison, Avaya’s Senior Vice President and CMO, covered the Future of Total Experience Solutions and how to keep up with the rapid and constant changes in customer and employee needs; meanwhile Noelia Romanillos and Mickael Lefebvre – Director of Sales Specialist Iberia, France & NA and Channel Sales EMEA, Director for Genesys respectfully – were joined by Sabio’s Chief Innovation Officer, Stuart Dorman, to discuss why personalisation in customer service is now an imperative for businesses. Twilio’s David Cousins, EMEA/APJ Flex/CC Sales Leader, also got in on the act with a great presentation on how Twilio examines the lessons and challenges faced by organisations to best support both employees and customers within the new hybrid way of working.
And that’s not all, there were a host of key customer stories from the likes of HomeServe, M&S and Welsh Water to name a few…
Overall, we’ve been blown away by the success of the CXNow event and the format for this year – and it seems you are also as we’ve received loads of requests from delegates looking to view sessions they missed and couldn’t see.
So today, we’re both delighted and excited to confirm that all of our live sessions are now available – ON DEMAND – so you can catch up on anything you’ve missed in your own time.
Simply visit our CXNow OnDemand site for access to the above presentations and a whole host of other recorded material from the event.
And finally, thanks once again for supporting Sabio’s CXNow. We have high hopes that our 2022 event will include some face-to-face interactions – so stay tuned for more info in the coming months…
