Sabio Group enters Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100
CX specialist’s ranking reflects almost 50% profit increase over past three financial years, during period of sustained organic growth and acquisitions
Sabio Group has marked its continued progress with its first ranking in the Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 – a listing of Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest-growing profits over their latest three financial years. Sabio, Europe’s leading technology and digital CX (Customer Experience) service provider, ranked 59th in the 2021 Profit Track 100.
The newly announced 2021 Profit Track 100 is branded as a ‘Covid-19’ special edition. It recognises the impressive past performance of companies like Sabio, their contribution to the economy and role in paying the taxes that help fund vital public services – as well as their responses to the pandemic. Sabio is the only CX specialist listed in this year’s Profit Track 100.
“It’s great that Sabio continues to feature strongly in independent industry rankings, not just for our profitability – up almost 50% over our last three years – but also for other key measures such as international growth. Earlier this year Sabio also ranked in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 for private British companies with the fastest-growing international sales,” commented Sabio Group’s CEO Jonathan Gale. “Our goal is to align as closely as possible with our customers and provide unmatched strategic guidance, technical capability and breadth of product offering to support digital CX transformations. We have made significant investments over the last three years in our people and partners to support this goal.”
Since receiving backing from Horizon Capital in 2016, Sabio Group has acquired DatapointEurope, Callware, Team vision and Fonetic in Spain; flexAnswer in Singapore; Coverage Group in France; and Dvelp, Anana and makepositive in the UK. London-based Sabio Group now has offices in four continents, over 1,000 highly-skilled employees, and customers in more than 50 countries.
